Burlington Cable Access Television (BCAT) is a non-profit television company founded in 1987. BCAT strives to create a supportive environment in which residents can receive hands-on training in video production. Free access to professional television equipment gives producers and volunteer organizations the opportunity to create public programming that is unique and relevant to the local environment.
