It is distributed through cable television systems and broadcast stations in sixteen U.S. states and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as through Internet television. CatholicTV is a 24-hour ambassador for what is truly good and noble about the Catholic Church in America. For years, CatholicTV has provided comfort and solace in the form of daily Mass and rosary, especially for those hospitalized and returning home. In these times there is an urgent need to reach out to young people, families and many others who have become disillusioned with the Church. At the same time, we have come to a historic moment when television and the Internet are converging very powerfully. Through innovative programming, CatholicTV tries to make effective use of these tools to present the Lord Jesus and the gifts of His Church to a community seeking meaning and peace.
